PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet-tending system with which the abnormality of the pet can be detected by comparing a numerically converted value of the emotions of the pet, for example, with the average value thereof in a region. PSOLUTION: The pet-tending system has two or more pet-tending computers 4 each of which has an emotion sensor 51 for detecting the emotions of the pet, and which send the emotion information based on the output of the emotion sensors 51 to a controlling server 1. The controlling server 1 calculates the average value of the received emotion information, compares the received emotion information with the average value, and informs the result to the pet-tending computer 4 which is a sender of the emotion information the difference of which from the average value is a prescribed value or more, in the received emotion information based on the compared result.
