PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of making a keeper, a pet, an employee of facilities, etc., share pet related information by a real-time or off-line means by automatically recognizing pets present in a shelter of pet facilities and passing the information through an internet among the keeper, a pet, the employee, etc. SOLUTION: A pet, an employee and information of pet facilities are uniformly controlled on a data base of an information control company so that the information is referred and renewed by the employee, etc., in a real time through the Internet. For example, a pet staying at the pet facilities is made to watch the image of a keeper and the appearance of a pet staying at the pet facilities can be watched from a terminal of a keeper. In a collation of data, a pet is automatically recognized by reading out a pet identification number(ID) from a noncontact small-sized IC chip attached to the body a pet or embedded in a collar, etc., so as to improve efficiency of information control.
