PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undersea net basket device for catching fishes in the sea while observing the fishes and provide an undersea net basket fishing method having high fishing efficiency by using the device.;SOLUTION: The undersea net basket device for fishing has a basket body suspendable in the sea, having an inlet port enabling the entering of fishes and provided with an illuminating device to illuminate the inside of the basket, a bait-releasing apparatus to release bait in the basket body and a monitoring camera to enable the real-time visual observation of the state in the basket body.
