PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film based on a polycarbonate film and having a cured layer having substantially no flaw, an optical hard coat film, and an optical disk loaded with the optical hard coat film.;SOLUTION: The optical film is constituted by laminating a cured layer with an average film thickness of 1.0-8.0 m on a polycarbonate film base material produced by casting a dope on a casting band from a casting die.
