PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information display device and an on-vehicle information display method, capable of confirming precisely information fit to user's taste and liking existing around a traveling region, while traveling.;SOLUTION: A communication part 12 is used, and a label is stored in a label position-information acquiring part 13, and another vehicle position information is stored in an another vehicle position-information acquiring part 14. When a timing in a prescribed fixed range is reached from the relation between the own vehicle position detected by an own vehicle position detecting part 11 and the position of the label stored in the label position-information acquiring part 13, a rendering processing part 15 not only displays the positions of the label and another vehicle, but also performs rendering processing so that a message content of the label, when the timing in a prescribed fixed range is reached can be displayed on a display part 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
