PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-peptide antibody measuring method and a vaccine candidate selecting method for a peptide vaccine capable of preparing carriers at once, and capable of monitoring an immunological response in a short time.;SOLUTION: In this anti-peptide antibody measuring method of the present invention, the plurality of carriers 1 discriminated each other and brought into a solid phase with another kind of peptide 2 are prepared collectively, a specimen is poured in the respective carriers 1 after the preparation to make a peptide recognition antibody 4 contained in the specimen react specifically with the peptide 2, a secondary antibody 5 is coupled further to the peptide recognition antibody 4 coupled with the peptide 2 in the reaction, a label 6 is coupled to the secondary antibody 5, and measurement of coupled amount of the label 6 and identification of a kind of the carrier 1 are executed to measure a coupled amount and a kind of the peptide recognition antibody 4.
