METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PREFORM REDUCED IN CONTENT OF ACETALDEHYDE BY COMPRESSION MOLDING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CONTAINER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of acetaldehyde being a byproduct by a simple technique while suppressing the yellowing of the material of a container, to prevent the deterioration of the taste or aroma of a refreshing drink caused by a very small amount of acetaldehyde and to hold the transparency of the container, in a method for preforming a preform by compression molding and molding the container by the blow molding of the preform.;SOLUTION: A polyamide resin being an acetaldehyde reducing agent is compounded with a thermoplastic polyester resin in an amount of 0.1-5 wt.% and the compounded resin is plasticized at a low temperature to be preformed by compression molding to obtain the preform. This preform is molded by a blow molding method to obtain the container reduced in the content of acetaldehyde.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
