PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accumulating and transporting energy by ocean currents/tidal currents, taking large-scale networking into consideration, with a view to full-fledged industrial use in the near future. PSOLUTION: Electric power generated from a plurality of ocean current/tidal current power generating devices is connected to each other, via a fixed weight capable of attaching/detaching the power generating devices, and is transmitted to equipment on the sea or on the land. There, hydrogen is produced and transported. Hydrogen may be temporarily stored and surplus electric power may be directly used. Rudders and devices enabling diving/floating are mounted to the propeller type power generating devices, and the power generating devices themselves can be attached to/detached from the fixed weight at the bottom of the sea.
