PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide a beneficial service on a network by such a simple operation that a user designate any problem to be solved.;SOLUTION: A problem solution supporting server 10 associates the attribute information of services as providing candidates with service URI, and registers them in an SD storage DB 30. When receiving a task model acquisition request from a portable terminal 50, a problem solution supporting server 10 transmits a task model having a hierarchical structure to the portable terminal 50 by a task model transmitting part 103. Also, when receiving a service acquisition request, the problem solution supporting server 10 acquires the attribute information of the service by analyzing the request, and compares and collates it with attribute information registered in an SD storage DB 30.
