PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the detection of genetic polymorphism of human cytochrome P450 2B6 enabling quick, clear and easy detection of the genetic polymorphism in a specimen nucleic acid without necessitating complicate operation inherent to conventional method.;SOLUTION: The genetic polymorphism of human cytochrome P450 2B6 existing on the same chromosome is detected by using an oligonucleotide having at least one mismatch at a part other than the variation part to perform the analysis of genetic polymorphism of human cytochrome.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
