METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INVESTIGATING/WASHING BRANCH PIPE AND WASHING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently investigate/wash the inside of a branch pipe having a small bore communicating with a main pipe.;SOLUTION: In the investigating/washing method, an investigating/washing device 7 conducting a propulsion or a washing by the injection working of a pressure fluid while being constituted by changing the propulsive direction by altering the angle of an injection of the pressure fluid is prepared. In the investigating/washing method, the device 7 is inserted into the main pipe 2 from a communicating section 6 such as a manhole making the inside and the outside of the main pipe 2 communicate, and the device 7 is moved up to the place 4 of a branch of the branch pipe 3 by the injection working of the pressure fluid fed by a flexible pipe 9. In the investigating/washing method, the angle of the injection of the pressure fluid is adjusted, the propulsive direction of the device 7 is changed and the device 7 is moved from the inside of the main pipe 2 to the inside of the branch pipe 3, and an investigating section is washed and investigated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
