PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core sampling boring system and a core sampling boring method in which an inner tube, in which a core sample is introduced, is pulled up and a minute-oxygen water environment, in which the core sample is not polluted by oxygen, can be maintained during a time when a packing for preventing an oxygen pollution is carried out.;SOLUTION: The core sampling boring system has a rotatable tubular rod 14 having a bit at a front end, an inner tube 17 arranged at the inside lower end of the rod, an excavator 3 with a path, in which deoxidized water force-fed into the rod is passed between the internal surface of the rod and the external surface of the inner tube from the inside of the rod and discharged onto a ground along the external surface of the rod through the front end of the rod, a means 77 supplying the inside of the rod with deoxidized water formed by a deoxidized-water formation device 7 and a deoxidized-water workroom 35, in which a core immediately after a boring sampling can be housed.
