PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring/calling system used for an apartment house and allowing a reduction in the number of using paired lines when new construction is performed, and using the existing paired lines, as they are, when a renewal is performed.;SOLUTION: A call voice and control data are transmitted and received between an intercom device 3 in a lobby and the house information board 1 of each dwelling unit or an alarm monitoring board 2 in a building manager office.
