PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a monitoring call system to operate even at a power failure by providing a backup power source to supply power at the time of power failure in an alarm monitoring board for apartment houses, which monitors abnormality of each house, calls each house and controls an interphone call. ;SOLUTION: When a power failure occurs, house information boards 2 receive power supply from an emergency power device 3 through an emergency power line Lc, so that doorphone slave units D and security sensors S maintain whole functions. An alarm monitoring board for apartment house 1 receives power supply from the backup power source incorporated in the alarm monitoring board for apartment house 1 and restores the whole functions.
