PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of an editor's work of transmitting a creation request to a person in charge of creation and editing an electronic document based on the creation result. PSOLUTION: Based on an instruction from the editor, the territory of each person in charge of creation for a base electronic document is set by annotation (S12). The correspondence information of the set territory and the base electronic document is recorded in a storage part (S14). The creation request is transmitted to each person in charge with identification information generated for every territory (S16). Each person in charge of creation creates an electronic document based on the creation request, and returns it with the corresponding identification information to the editor (S18). Under the editor, the returned creation result is automatically fetched to the base electronic document based on the identification information and the recorded correspondence information (S20).
