PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom of users.;SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not input by an operator is needed for the execution of a processing instructed by a written instruction (106). When it is determined that the input by the operator is needed for the execution of the processing, a timing of reporting in conformation to the processing and report information that is information for an address to report are added to the written instruction (108).
