PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business system for performing the psychological analysis of a user from the route and stay time of the user by solving such weak points that since analysis based on the number of times of access is used for a marketing strategy using a web page in a conventional manner, the number of times of access does not necessarily reflect the mental state of a user, and the number of times of access is mechanically increased simply only by using a program, or any erroneous access is also counted.;SOLUTION: A program for collecting and analyzing the route and stay time of a user is set in a Web server by using the fact that when a user enters a site against his or her own intention, the user is likely to immediately depress a "return" or "close" button so that it is possible to accurately grasp the mental state of the user, and to make it useful to a marketing strategy.
