PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an evaluation sample capable of obtaining a precise measured result, the evaluation sample, a production method of an electronic component, the electronic component and an evaluation sample manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the evaluation sample.;SOLUTION: In manufacturing a glass bead, the glass bead is reversed upside down after melting and the reversed glass bead is again heated to uniformize the element distribution of the sample in the glass bead.
