METHOD OF GENERATING NON-ALGORITHMIC RANDOM NUMBER USING IMAGE DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate all possible sequences within a fixed number of terms (first term to nth term, n being an arbitrary number), in generation of non-algorithmic random numbers.;SOLUTION: Image data (still image or moving image) can display any image for their purpose. Conversely, it means that all numerical data representing tints can be combined. The non-algorithmic random number generation method extracts data from an image with non-algorithmic elements and algorithmic elements mixed, which is a combination (image processing synthesis) of substantially algorithmically ingenerable meta-stochastic data (image data identifiable as a beautiful picture by people, mainly such as a photograph) and stochastically randomness-convergent data (noise), and then generates random numbers with non-algorithmic elements and algorithmic elements mixed similarly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
