PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic reading and writing device whose safety is high and its reading and writing method, etc. PSOLUTION: This device is the magnetic reading and writing device which performs the reading and the writing of magnetically recorded information of a magnetic recording medium in which the orientation direction of magnetic particles of the magnetic recording layer of the magnetic recording medium is changed periodically or irregularly to the scanning direction of a magnetic head and a unique orientation pattern is formed, and the magnetic reading and writing device which performs magnetic recording by changing the azimuth angle of the magnetic head of the device by a prescribed angle every dealings based on information which changes every dealings, such as use history information, credit information and its reading and writing method, etc., are provided.
