PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately and fairly evaluating and rating a whole building by integrating evaluation results of disaster risk of the whole building by a plurality of experts.;SOLUTION: A manager server 100 receives the evaluation results of the disaster risk on each component of the building from terminals 300a-300c on each expert side while being added with discrimination information, and generates an evaluation list of the whole building by integrating a plurality of evaluation results with the same discrimination information added thereto.
