PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper tray service notification method to a self tray serving type eating house user.;SOLUTION: In this method for tray service preparation completion notification, tray service preparation completion notification is provided to an orderer through a voice/data communication portable terminal 10 possessed by the orderer by a language used by the orderer. The method has: a possessor specification step of the voice/data communication portable terminal 10; a step wherein intercommunication is performed among a voice/data communication portable terminal identification terminal 20, an order reception content assignment terminal 30 and an information distribution terminal 50 via a high-speed LAN 60; and a step for giving the tray service preparation completion notification to the voice/data communication portable terminal 10 by radio by the proper language by the information distribution terminal 50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
