PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the medicines belonging to red blood proliferation factor erythropoietin (EPO) and to interferons undergoes the hydrolytic action of digestive enzymes in the alimentary tracts, in addition they have poor membrane permeability because of their large molecular weight and cannot attain sufficient absorption of these medicines.;SOLUTION: A accelerating agent or the combination of a accelerating agent and a stabilizing agent are mixed with peptides belonging to EPO or IFN and are sealed in a delivery system GI-MAPS comprising three layers of solution, gel or fine powder whereby an oral DDS that can effectively promote the absorption of these medicines. The system delivers these medicines together with the absorbing agent to the absorption cells of the small intestine, as suppressing the hydrolysis of the medicines, to form a high concentration gradient and achieve high effective absorption.
