PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously separate an electrolyte in seawater while concentrating seawater. PSOLUTION: This separation apparatus has a charged mosaic membrane loaded device loaded with a charged mosaic membrane, a non-electrolyte concentrating cycle route for circulating seawater while bringing the same into contact with the charged mosaic membrane and an electrolyte separation cycle route for circulating water while bringing the same into contact with seawater through the charged mosaic membrane.
