PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deciding a loading path for tube hydroforming by which the optimum loading path for tube hydroforming can be decided, and a tube hydroforming device and a method for manufacturing a metal member using them. PSOLUTION: When the loading path for tube hydroforming is decided, this method is performed with an FEM (finite element method) simulation, and a surface area S and a volume V in the remarked range at each analyzing step, are calculated and the loading path is corrected so that ratio v of VSP1/3/SPand SSP1/2/SP(=VSP1/3/SP/SSP1/2/SP) becomes not less than a threshold value, and the loading path is decided by repeating this correction.
