HYDROFORMING LUBRICANT, HYDROFORMING METALLIC TUBE USING THE SAME, AND HYDROFORMING PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroforming lubricant capable of being excellent on a lubricating property and seizure resisting performance at the time of hydroforming processing and preventing breakage, buckling, and scratches on the surfactant at the time of processing and easily eliminating after processing, a hydroforming metallic tube using the hydroforming lubricant, and a hydroforming processing method.SOLUTION: The hydroforming lubricant includes wax at a melting point of 45-110°C and, at solid weight of 0.1-20 wt.%, and the remainder made from at least one of a soluble aqueous resin and a surfactant. The wax is preferably made from one or more kinds of wax among carnauba wax, lanolin, and paraffin. The soluble aqueous resin is preferably made from one or more kinds of resins among acrylic resin, with molecular weight of 5,000-100,000, polyalkylene glycol with molecular weight of 800-35,000, urethane resin, polylactic acid, and polyvinyl alcohol.
