QUANTUM VOTING METHOD, QUANTUM VOTING SYSTEM, AND VOTING MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND VOTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum voting method for principally guaranteeing safety which is independent of an assumption in computational complexity.;SOLUTION: This quantum voting system is configured by connecting a voting management device and a voting device through a quantum communication path and a classical communication path. The voting management device selects and stores secret information K, generates a random column r, prepares a voting sheet |ϕ in a quantum state from the secret information K and the random column r, and transmits |ϕ to the voting device. The voting device applies unitary transformation for acquiring anonymity and further applies unitary conversion for filling in a candidate name to the |ϕ, prepares a voting sheet |ϕ' in the quantum state, and transmits it to the voting management device. The voting management device observes |ϕ' with a base corresponding to the secret information K, and verifies, on the basis of the observation result, whether |ϕ' is the candidate name, and rejects it when anything other than the candidate name appears, and accepts it when it is the name of the candidate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
