QUANTUM VOTING METHOD, QUANTUM VOTING SYSTEM, AND VOTING MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND VOTING DEVICE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum voting method for principally guaranteeing safety which is independent of an assumption in computational complexity. PSOLUTION: This quantum voting system is configured by connecting a voting management device and a voting device through a quantum communication path and a classical communication path. The voting managing device selects and stores secret information K and the replacement information δ of quantum bits, generates a random column r, and prepares a voting sheet ¾ϕ in a quantum state on the basis of the secret information K and the random column r, and prepares and transmits a voting sheet ¾ϕ' in a quantum state by replacing ¾ϕ with the δ. The voting device applies unitary transformation for acquiring anonymity and further applies unitary conversion for filling in a candidate name to ¾ϕ', and prepares and transmits a voting sheet ¾ϕ" in a quantum state. The voting managing device applies an inverse replacement to ¾ϕ" by using δ, observes ¾ϕ" with a base corresponding to the secret information K, verifies whether ¾ϕ" is the name of the candidate, rejects it when anything other than the name of the candidate appears, and accepts it when it is the name of the candidate.
