PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure between stator/rotor blades of an axial flow turbine capable of removing or reducing cavity jet with an easy and secure method and an axial flow turbine with high energy efficiency using the structure between stator/rotor blades of an axial flow turbine.;SOLUTION: A hub cavity part 41 is formed between a rotor blade hub 21 mounted with a rotor blade cascade 2A and a stator blade hub shroud 12 mounted to an edge of a stator blade cascade 1A for connecting the stator blades 1 to each other. A chip cavity part 42 is formed between a stator blade outer circumferential ring 11 mounted with the stator blade cascade 1A and a rotor blade chip shroud 22 mounted to an edge of a rotor blade cascade 2A for connecting the rotor blades 2 to each other. At least either the rotor blade hub 21 or the rotor blade chip shroud 22 is equipped with suppressing plates 5 (5A-5G) respectively projecting to the hub cavity 41 and/or the chip cavity 42 and arranged over the whole circumference of the rotational direction of the rotor blade cascade 2A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
