PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the pollution or disruption of nature and environment, by taking out energy with which water of a river or the sea flows as it is, and industrially using that.;SOLUTION: A stream receiving plate attached to an annular chain or belt wrapped around a roll-in wheel and a roll-up wheel is vertically raised in water, and water is made to flow the plate.
