PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for treating a defect, a disease, or an injury of the central nervous system, by transplanting a genetically modified cell, and to provide a method for preparing the same. PSOLUTION: The modified donor cell which produces a functional molecule having an effect of recovering or improving a function of a cell in the central nervous system is formed by gene manipulation. The formed donor cell is injected into and transplanted to the system for the purpose of treating the defect, the disease, or the injury of the central nervous system.
