PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call re-examination recording system for allowing a medical institution to create a secure record on the fact that a telephone re-examination is implemented, and to reduce the burden of desk work on the side of the medical institution. PSOLUTION: In a telephone re-examination recording system 1 wherein a patient makes a telephone call from a telephone 3 in patient's house to the medical institution wherein a medical institution system 10 is installed, to be re-examined by telephone, a call origination number acquisition device 11 that the medical institution system 10 includes, acquires a telephone number of a call origination source which is reported from a public line network 2 in incoming to an outside line, and the incoming date and time and outputs them to a telephone re-examination recording device 13. The telephone re-examination recording device 13 registers the telephone number and the incoming date and time from the call origination number acquisition device 11 in a built-in database.
