PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical micro motor having a rotor whose rotation can be flexibly and freely controlled through a simple constitution, and a micro pump and the like using the micro motor.;SOLUTION: The optical micro motor and the micro pump have the rotor 15 that is rotated around a rotation central axis. The rotor 15 has an optical trap (bead) 2 trapped by light beams 4 at least in one place. When the optical trap 2 is irradiated with light beams 4, the rotor 15 is kept in position together with the optical trap 2.
