PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green resin composition having high color purity and high contrast, a photosensitive green resin composition, a photosensitive liquid for a green resin composition and manufacturing methods for a green image and a color filter for a green image.;SOLUTION: The green resin composition is prepared by dispersing a green pigment (the color index name: C.I. pigment yellow 139) in a resin. The photosensitive green resin composition comprises the C.I. pigment yellow 139, a resin, a monomer containing at least one photopolymerizable unsaturated bond in a molecule and a photo-initiator. The photosensitive liquid for forming a green image contains the above photosensitive green resin composition and an organic solvent. The method of manufacturing a green image comprises laminating a photosensitive layer comprising the above photosensitive green resin composition on a substrate and developing the image by exposure.
