PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical laser apparatus which can apply a pinpoint laser irradiation on a lesion with a laser beam having a homogeneous strength distribution regardless of a distance between a laser emitting aperture of a hand piece and the lesion.;SOLUTION: The medical laser apparatus (10) which guides a medical laser beam to the lesion includes a condensing section (82) which has an optical axis (102) and a taper surface (82) around the optical axis and condenses the laser beam (104) transmitted along the optical axis on the taper surface, and a diaphragm section (92) with a shading wall (90) forming an emitting aperture (88) centered around the optical axis which emits the laser beam from the condensing section through the emitting aperture and intercepts the peripheral portion of the laser beam emitted from the condensing section by the shading wall.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
