PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip end member, a medical laser irradiation chip, a medical laser hand piece, and a medical laser device for reducing costs when replacing chips when a chip is worn by appropriately dealing with diversity of laser treatment. PSOLUTION: A chip end member 6 which is freely attachably/removably fitted to a head part 20C of a hand piece 2, and constitutes a laser irradiation chip 4 for irradiating a target part with laser light from a laser generator 11 through an light-emitting end 62a includes: a joint base part 61 for freely attachably/removably joining the chip end member to a chip side 56 of a chip base member 5 freely attachably/removably mounted to the head part 20C; and an output light member 62 which is integrally held by the joint base part. The output light member includes the light-emitting end at its end, and when joined to the chip base member by the joint base part, is optically connected to a laser light guide member 55 inside the chip base member to allow the laser light to be radiated.
