PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a so-called quasi-private room by a simple installation method which easily produces a space environment as good as a private room does and to provide a control system for the rooms and a management system for the rooms. PSOLUTION: In a big room R at a hospital HP, a side panel 1 is placed on a floor between the beds B to close off each other. Also, while installing a head-side panel 2 at the head part side of each bed B, to the side panel 1 a planar display screen for a television receiver DP or a mounting support for the receiver is provided within a sight range of a patient who uses the bed B and also a human detecting sensor 3 is installed on the side panel 1 or the head-side panel 2 toward the bed B.
