PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information management system which enables a person to make a procedure for notifications without his visiting public facilities.;SOLUTION: The personal information management system comprises; (a) a personal information management device which manages personal information; and (b) a personal information storage device which is provided with; a personal information storage part which stores personal information; a transmission part which transmits the personal information to the personal information management device; an electric power reception part which receives electric power; an electric power monitoring part which detects the electric power of the electric power reception part; and a control part which controls the transmission part so that the transmission part may transmit the personal information stored in the personal information storage part to the personal information management device when the electric power monitoring part detects electric power.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
