METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR PLANNING COMBINED USE OF PERITONEAL DIALYSIS AND HEMO DIALYSIS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for planning combined use of PD + HD where planning of combined PD + HD is carried out well by providing a parameter for prescription examination common to both of PD and HD. PSOLUTION: Clinical data is inputted from PET etc. to the PD + HD planning equipment consisting of PC 1. While referring to a drainage amount curve and D/P curve obtained by calculation of a Pyle-Popovich expression, when an amount of removed solute within a fixed period (one week e.g.) is expressed as M and a blood solute concentration before the dialysis as C (O), M/C(o)/VB obtained by dividing the ratio M/C(O) by a body liquid volume VB is calculated with the sum of integration of PD and HD, and displayed on a display 10 as an index for combined use planning.
