METHOD FOR REMARKABLY ENHANCING EFFECT OF WEED-PROOF SHEET SUPPRESSING THICK GROWING OF WEED AND SUSTAINING THE EFFECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance suppressing effects of a weed-proof sheet on weeds and further sustain the effects thereof over a long period.;SOLUTION: The existing weeds pass through the weed-proof sheet or grow from an open wound formed during construction or an interface with structures when the weed-proof sheet is laid. When the weed-proof sheet is laid by floating from the ground surface, weeds recognize the appearance thereof on the ground and develop leaves by contact of the weeds passing through the interior of the ground with air. In this state, the weeds covered with the weed-proof sheet can be prevented from germinating/growing or regrowing or thickly growing after weeding by utilizing a sharp decrease in power to pass through the weed-proof sheet. Since the weed-proof sheet is rapidly dried after rainfall by providing an air layer, scattered seeds are not supplied with water sufficient for germination and growth.
