PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely introduce information into an organism without disturbing the original functions of the organism. PSOLUTION: The information tag-introducing treatment comprises compressing introduction information made in a step S301 to be introduced into the DNA of the organism, in a step S302, placing the compressed information on base sequence data in a step S303, inserting an error-correcting signal in a step S304, further inserting a buffer sequence in a step S305, imparting a sequence for positive selection in a step S306, imparting an intron sequence in a step S308, when it is judged that the introduction position is the complimentary sequence of an un-translation domain in a step S307, or skipping the step S309, when it is judged that the introduction position is an intron in a step S307, and then determining an introducing position minimally affecting an organism.
