PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attachment capable of quickly and properly corresponding to various kinds of water jet nozzles for water surface treatment of concrete surfaces such as irregular planes, internal corner and external corner. PSOLUTION: The attachment forms a shell shape having a predetermined opening surface 21 and comprises an attaching hole 22 holding the water jet nozzle 8 attachable or detachable from the outer side to the inner side space and a frame 2 and a suction port 23 connecting for making connections to the external suction means for external suction means, and a hair planting zone 3 planted toward the contact surface sides at the peripheral edge 21a of the opening surface of the frame, and a sliding mean contacting to the wall surface contacting to the wall surface of the outer periphery of the opening surface is at the outer periphery of the opening surface. For the opening surface of the frame, in addition to the plan shape, the shapes capable of respectively contacting to two planes at the same time including two planes including the boundary of the two intersecting planes (internal corner and external corner) of the wall surfaces of the concrete structure are also provided respectively.
