PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning system for very efficiently cleaning water such as polluted water, various water different in sludge properties, or the like, from each other of lakes and marshes, regulating reservoirs, park ponds, fountains, moats, fishing ponds, culture ponds, natural basins, rivers, irrigation channels, and the like. PSOLUTION: This water cleaning system is equipped with a circulating means for circulating surface water and bottom water of lakes and marshes, and the like, and a microorganism supply means for supplying microorganisms having a water cleaning capacity to lakes and marshes, and the like, according to the quality and/or sludge of water of lakes and marshes, and the like. The water cleaning system is further equipped with a water analyzing means, a microorganism control means, a data processing means, a circulation control means, a sediment sludge monitoring means, a data processing means and a central data control device, and the like.
