PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for analyzing the dissociation characteristic of a single strand nucleic acid high-dimensional structure, which can evaluate many DNA specimens at once and can measure in a wide range from a low temperature range to a high temperature range on the analysis of the dissociation characteristic pattern of the single strand nucleic acid high-dimensional structure.;SOLUTION: This apparatus for analyzing the dissociation characteristic of the single strand nucleic acid high-dimensional structure is characterized by comprising an aluminum-made thermostatic block 2 having many container support holes 2a for approximately vertically fitting DNA specimen-received cylindrical containers C, respectively, thereinto, many blue light-emitting diodes 3 for irradiating the cylindrical containers C fit into the many container supports holes 2a of the thermostatic block 2 with exciting light from the upper side, optical fibers 4 for receiving fluorescent light emitted from the single strand nucleic acid high-dimensional structure S in the cylindrical containers C by the irradiation of the exciting light from the blue light-emitting diodes 3, and photodetectors for converting the fluorescent light guided through the optical fibers 4 into electric signals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
