WELDING MATERIAL AND WELDED JOINT FOR STEEL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding material which improves fatigue strength of a welded joint and toughness of a weld metal compatibly without the occurrence of weld cracks.;SOLUTION: The welding material, which is used for the welded joint of a steel structure manufactured by welding a steel material, is made to a flux cored wire. The composition of a deposit metal formed with the welding material is composed of ≤0.20 mass% of C, 6.0-21.0 mass% of Cr, 4.0-20.0 mass% of Ni, ≤5.0 mass% of Si, ≤10.0 mass% of Mn, ≤0.020 mass% of P, 0.010 mass% of S, ≤4.0 mass% of Mo, ≤3.0 mass% of Nb, ≤0.5 mass% of Ca, the balance Fe and an inevitable component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
