PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapy system that efficiently performs an accurate and safe therapy. PSOLUTION: The therapy system collects three-dimensional medical image data (reference image data) of a patient to be treated that has been previously collected prior to treatment through a network 14 and design a therapy plan for a site to be treated on the basis of required two-dimensional image data (MPR image data) extracted and generated from the three-dimensional reference image data. In accordance with the therapy plan, the treatment driving section 2 of a diagnosis and treatment section 12 performs an ablation on the site to be treated by means of therapeutic ultrasonic waves. Image data of a treated site after ablation that is generated by an image data generation section 4 and the reference image data are compared with each other for determination of therapeutic effects.
