PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and practically-usable promoted nuclear fusion generation method and a promoted nuclear fusion energy generation device for keeping lithium clean, and simultaneously injecting a deuteron or proton beam into it. PSOLUTION: The deuteron or proton beam drawn out of an ion source is separated from neutral particles and molecule ions through a filter, accelerated, and injected into the liquid target surface of liquid lithium, a lithium compound or the like. Hereby, nonthermal nuclear fusion is promoted by a thermodynamic force in the liquid lithium, and a secondary nuclear reaction caused by slow neutrons generated by the nuclear fusion is also promoted indirectly.
