PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation amount when carrying out calculation of a Log type or the like by integration or the like of power law type data in intellectual information processing or the like such as active vision.;SOLUTION: Efficiency of calculation is improved by precedently storing values calculated by the power law in storing means corresponding to each coordinate point, and reading the values. Alternatively, efficient integration calculation is carried out by using a storing means for values of fragmentation.
