PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a stable clock signal even when quality of a wobble signal is deteriorated.;SOLUTION: In this invention, a first integrated value in which amplitude of the wobble signal is integrated with a code and a second integrated value in which the absolute value of amplitude of the wobble signal is integrated are obtained, and a value in which the first integrated value is divided by the second integrated value is defined as a phase difference value. Thereby, even when quality of the wobble signal is deteriorated, accurate phase difference can be detected, and a stable clock signal can be generated. Also, even when a plurality of information recording media having formats different from each other are used, such effect can be obtained that constitution of the clock signal generation apparatus never be complicated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
