PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis system having an imaging apparatus whose length can be shortened in the longitudinal direction of its bed.;SOLUTION: A coupling substrate (unit substrate, semiconductor radiation detector) 20 arranged in a detector unit, has a detector substrate (first substrate) 20A on which a plurality of detectors 21 are mounted; and an ASIC substrate (second substrate) 20B on which a capacitor 22, a resistor 23, an analog ASIC 24, an analog / digital converter 25 and a digital ASIC 26 are mounted. Because not only the detectors 21 but also the analog ASIC 24 and the digital ASIC 26 are included in one coupling substrate 20, the detectors 21, the analog ASIC 24 and the digital ASIC 26 can be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bed 14, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the body axis of a subject to be diagnosed, thereby preventing the length of a camera (an imaging apparatus) 11 from being lengthened more than necessary in the longitudinal direction of the bed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
